The first step is sanding the object
to make it ready for chrome
spraying. This may also include
sanding and finishing the object to
ensure a smooth surface to ensure
that when the primer is applied
we have a 100% smooth and
chromable surface.
Once surface is primed we begint
he spraying process. with three
levels of precoating before the
chrome is applied we ensure the
highest level of finish attainable with
the alchemy currently avaliable in
the market. The thoroughness of the
precoating stage ensures the best
possible finish.
With 300sqm of avaliable curing
space we are able to set the
chrome at high volume whilst your
other parts begin the process. This
enables a constant flow of parts to
be moving through our failtiy,
ensuring the compltion of your
project in the most time effective
